Congratulations and thanks to all the cast and crew and whole theatre team that contributed to making “All Shook Up” massively successful.

So many people put blood, sweat and tears into the production – travelled great distances, gave up time and work and school homework – to create a magical show.

Director, Nell Pernitsch will be holding auditions for “Act Three, Scene Five”(written by Terry Ortwein) – For males and females aged between 13 and 19.

Nell is looking for cast AND crew for this youth production, which will be on stage 21 July to 5 August.

‘Five students are rehearsing Act 3, Scene 5 from ‘Romeo and Juliet’. Things are not going well; they’ve been at work now for weeks but are not even close to performance level. Inexperience, egos and jealousies are becoming more important than the show.’

Come along if you’re interested – you don’t need to prepare anything beforehand.

It is with the greatest sadness that we farewell one of the little theatre's longest serving and beloved members.

Our president and the heart of the Cooma Little Theatre, Jim Brindle passed away peacefully this morning at home after a long battle with illness. Jim was a driving force for the development, improvement and continued existence of our association.

His passion for theatrical production and the promotion of the dramatic arts over the past few decades was infectious. He welcomed a great many new comers to the theatre including myself and it was the greatest pleasure to learn so much about theatre operations from such an enthusiastic entertainer.

Our love and support goes out to Joyce, Julie, Geoff and Jim and Joyce's son Jeffrey in this difficult time. There will be a celebration of Jim's wonderful life soon. We will let you know as soon information is available.

Recently it seems that older people are nuisance, too many of them and they are going to cost too much as they are living longer. All This Living! Is a performance which explores the offbeat world of an invisible, shrinking contemporary older woman.

After a well attended second weekend of shows including two sell outs, there are only three shows remaining for this wonderfull Shakespearean SciFi Rock Musical. Tickets are selling fast with only 160 seats remaining out of the 414 total for the three shows.

Australia’s two best-loved bards, Henry Lawson and Banjo Paterson are headed to Cooma for one performance of ‘Dead Men Talking’, a play written and performed by veteran actors Max Cullen and Warren Fahey.

The poets find themselves in the Leviticus Bar & Grill, Heaven’s Gate, where they recite, sing, celebrate their literary legacies and discuss their infamous ‘war of words’ in The Bulletin Magazine.

Cooma Little Theatre's latest production opens tonight for three consecutive weekends.

The production features wonderful cast of local talent from around the Monaro region and a live band on stage playing some great rock music from the 60's.

Cooma Little Theatre announces it's production of "Oh Pair" which runs 20 May to 4 June 2016.

Auditions for "Return to the Forbidden Planet" will be held on November 21st (Saturday) and November 22nd (Sunday) with call-backs (if required) on the Sunday afternoon.
