The action of the Play passes in the living room of the Hornett's house in a small island town.                                               

Act I - 5:15 p.m. On an afternoon in September.                                              Act II -                                                         

Scene 1: 9:30pm the same evening.        

Scene 2: 10.45 the following morning.   

Act III - About an hour later.
